Another step would be some kind of electronic tracking device but this has not yet been talked about discussed in detail.
The dead bodies of David Miller, 24, and Hannah Witheridge, 23, were found on a sea beach on the island of Koh Tao, or Turtle Island, on 15th September.
However, the minister added that the whole idea of having a wristband with some resistance. A whole lot of people welcomed the whole idea, but now the hotels are concerned that the travelers might not want to sport the wristbands.
If this wristband idea does not go well, then there might be some other considerations – like, restrictions on beach party or timing restrictions. The Thai authorities have expressed their concern regarding the murders' impact on tourism that accounts for almost ten per cent of the GDP.
