Thomas Cook India collaborates with the Allpoint Network to offer access to surcharge free ATMs across the world
Thomas Cook India has declared a strategic deal with Allpoint Network, which is an affiliate of Cardtronics, through their Borderless Prepaid Card, offering all the Indian travelers access to more than forty three thousand surcharge-free ATMs in the United States as well as around fifty five thousand across the world.
It is an initiative to purchase the developing potential of prepaid card market. Now, Thomas Cook India becomes the very first card issuer in India to provide its cardholders surcharge-free ATM use when travelling across the world via Allpoint ATM Network.
The internal customer research of Thomas Cook India has revealed that the Indian travelers are looking for the safety convenience of cashless travel, and that high transaction costs were seen as a hinderance. Customers, typically in the United States, pay anywhere between US$2 to US$5 each transaction as an ATM charge for accessing ATMs in premium locations,.
The collaboration with the Allpoint Network would provide users of Thomas Cooks multicurrency Borderless Prepaid Card value through surcharge free use to Allpoint network of more than fifty five thousand ATMs across Canada, United States, Mexico, United Kingdom and Australia.
